A dear friend introduced me to the Swedish Graphic Artist Olle Eksell recently and I believe I am weak-at-the-knees swooning. It is just so nice because I haven't been able to find many artists that I can directly get inspiration from. Of course there are artists that I can appreciate but many times I still fail to feel an emotional correlation so it was lovely to learn of him. His work has just the right amount of whimsy with his quirky color pallet and child-like depictions. It is really thoughtful work.
